Instructions for Search

• Step 1:
  Select Start and End month. Choose a year from the dropdown list.
• Step 2:
  The search can be based on a specific Security Number(ID allocated by us) or by Company Name
• If you choose 'Search by Security Number', select a security number and the search will return all the listings for that Security Number. Note that multiple security numbers can be selected.
• You can search companies based on partial company name or exact company name. To find the exact company name click on 'find the company'. A new window opens up where you can lookup company names from the database. Enter a phrase in the box and click 'find'. For ex, if you type 'China', it lists all company names that have 'China' in the company name. You can then choose a company name from this list. Please note that the Security Number is also listed here for each company.
• Step 3:
  Select a format for the output
• Step 4:
  Choose the variables for which you want the data retrieved
• Step 5:
  Submit the page
