The International Center for Finance subscribes to a wide variety of databases and publications
that are of use to scholars performing research on the financial markets. The data sources currently
available at the ICF are listed below.
EBSCO Business Source Premier
EBSCOhost's Business Source Premier
database is a comprehensive, business periodical database that includes scholarly
journals and business periodicals covering topics such as management, economics,
finance, accounting, international business and much more. Business Source
Premier contains content from full text sources ranging from general business
periodicals such as Business Week, Forbes, Fortune, American Banker, etc.
to academic journals such as Harvard Business Review, Journal of Management,
Academy of Management Review, Review of Economics & Statistics, etc. This
database also includes Country Monitor and Industry Yearbook Reports from
WEFA, 35 country reports from the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) and Wall
Street Words. Access restricted by IP address to Yale domain.
Factiva
Factiva contains more than 8,000
sources and more than 80 million articles from 118 countries in 22 languages. It includes newspapers, magazines,
trade journals, transcripts and newswires and is the exclusive archive of
The Wall Street Journal and other Dow Jones publications. Includes the Wall
Street Journal from 01/02/84 to today. Company & Industry Center enables
you to conduct in-depth research on a company, industry, country or market
by providing you with information from leading research and financial information
providers. Business Newsstand offers quick access to current news from the
world's most respected sources. Access restricted by IP address to Yale domain.
Lexis/Nexis Academic Universe
Academic Universe is a full-text news and information service that provides access to newspapers, magazines, transcripts,
business and legal information. Access restricted by IP address to Yale domain.
