I can't view Chinese characters on my computer.
Some pages in this website are encoded in
Simplified Chinese. In order to display them
correctly, your internet browser needs to have Chinese
language support.
If you do not have this, go to "Tools" in your Internet
Explorer menu and select "Windows Update".
Download and install the "Multilanguage Support Pack"
from the website.
If you believe your computer is Chinese supported, go to
"View" -> "Encoding" and select "Simplified Chinese".
